We use standard European sizing, and our products run true to size. Please refer to our size guide for conversion details.

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. You can write to us at info@theorohlife.com with your size and details of the style. We will do our best to get you a pair. If there are enough such requests for a particular style, we will manufacture them and ship directly to you.
Yes, we do get fresh stocks of products that are sold out. However, as all our products are handcrafted, it can take up to 5-6 days. Please email info@theorohlife.com to find out if and when the product can be made available.
We accept payments via Razorpay, HDFC, and cash on delivery.
If you choose payment modes other than Cash on Delivery, rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology.
Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this, you may choose Cash on Delivery, and pay in cash when the product is delivered at your doorstep.
For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once we have dispatched your shoes to the shipping agent. This email will contain the tracking information and a link that you can use to track the status of your package. When it is delivered, we will send you another email to inform you of the same.
We accept returns/exchanges up to 15 days after you receive the items. We will give you a refund and/or exchange your shoes provided they are not worn or damaged in any way. In case of any manufacturing defects, we will give you a direct replacement as soon as possible. Please find the detailed return/exchange policy here.
To return or exchange your shoe, please follow the below steps
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab
3. Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ button for the order you want to return/exchange.
4. Select the reason for exchange/return and select the correct size and color you want now.
5. Write a short note(optional) & request for exchange.

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order during which you can cancel. The option to cancel your order will be in your confirmation email. If you do cancel during this time, all charges will be reversed and you will receive your refund within 15 days.
